8W Constructions was created by Ocho A S.A. and Wheel.Co S.A. Constructora to combine decades of field experience, heavy-construction know-how, technical teams, machinery and project-delivery capability under one identity.
The group is positioned on infrastructure projects spanning civil construction, road projects, electromechanical works and large-scale development.
Established on 12 July 1976, Ocho A has more than four decades of experience in road construction, civil works and electromechanical projects in Paraguay. Its track record combines technical specialization, heavy equipment and participation in major national infrastructure programs.
Wheel.Co began operations in 2001 in the transport of construction materials for major road projects. From 2009 it expanded into consulting and project development, later adding earthworks, quarry operations and, by 2015, heavy construction.

The founding companies' documented fleet includes excavators, motor graders, compactors, bulldozers, loaders, asphalt and concrete equipment, transport platforms, tankers and dedicated material-production plants.
